Parallels is for Windows isn’t it?

I tried: several OSX 10.4 iso / dmg files, jumping through the hoops with changing system date to 2018, turning off WiFi during install etc. - it boots up fine in Parallels yet then always says the installation medium is broken.
Any help appreciated, thanks.
Are you running Parallels on an actual Mac? What is it?

Mojave via Parallels, how do you work?
Want to run some 32bit applications (read: Wolfenstein) on OSX, so am fucking around with installing Mojave via Parallels. Can't get it to work.
