Toying with the idea of getting my dad a watch for Father’s Day - his daily has stopped and can’t be fixed.

Any suggestions for a super legible / simple quartz daily around 40mm?

A Max Bill (or Form C or one the cheaper ones). There seem to be good deals on the quartz pretty often if you hunt around.

Yeah was wondering about those. Possibly a bit too modern for him but will have a look.

Looks like day/date is only on the chrono so spendy. Bloody love the standard date only but he’s got to have day/date. Don’t we all right now!
