Possible to share the zip tie job? Got a Wald and might do the same to save some weight!

Not 100% weight saving but here's one on a Pelago, so that I could carrier panniers up front:
Here's the other on a Cube RFR rack which is far sturdier and less wibbly:

Hello, long shot but do you still have the flat bars knocking around ?

If you want a canti-rack, I couldn't find the Cube one in stock anywhere but SJS have a very similar thing which also seems plenty sturdy.
edit: I have the first one, second might be useful for fitting a front light to

I've only just noticed but mine didn't have the two front tabs, presumably for mounting a light bracket, but otherwise seems pretty decent

Oh, huh, I wonder if the jtech one is new then

• #11
yea, the Jtek one we have only had since january

You star!
If you wanna adapt a light mount onto the rack, I've got some ABUS lock adaptor which would fit.
If it's for the basket, I have some KlikFlix ones.

I ended up getting one of these to fit to the rack stays. Somewhat of a bodge as it needed a load of rubber to space it from its original dimension to the OS light clamp, its significantly smaller diameter than the usual handlebars. Stuck some zipties around/through things as a backup in case the light trys to jump off ha!
Collection from SE1/W1U.
Wald Basket Legs
All our Walds are now zip-tied to racks and porteurs. Surplus legs for anyone who has broken theirs.
Flat Bars 25.4mm
No name flat bars with a 25.4mm clamp. Came off a 1998 Rockhopper (I think.)
