Stickers for posers - CUT vinyl decals - not printed, cut, only cut, no printing

Those photos look like they are small plaques/plates that have been printed on and then stuck to the mechs. I could cut the vinyl letters to apply but really I think they need to be stencil-painted on and lacquered/plastic film covered to survive abuse.
