Just googled Iberital MC2 PCB and got this site - https://www.espressounderground.co.uk/MC2-GRINDER-AUTO-PCB643-PN-IBEG6163-p/ibeg6163.htm
Image has a pretty clear view of the resistor. Can you work out what one it is from this? For £22 delivered I'd be tempted to just grab a new board, but fixing things is rewarding too.

I've also found this picture of the board online. It's the big blue resistor I'm after - which is annoyingly obscured by the capacitor.
