I'm not wealthy.
The truth is more prosaic - ship's chandlers are a source for stage fly tower requisites, i.e. theatrical rigging.
Makes sense. There used to be another chandler in Bloomsbury's Brunswick Centre too, back when it resembled a Judge Dredd set.
Edit: Dredd (2012) did feature a different London mall, though.
