OK, I've looked at all the different wheel bits and would be happy to break it down as below:
Plug bicycle with original wheelset and original Kendra tyres: £275
H+ Sons wheelset £100 (I paid £140 but the freewheel is on the way out now.)
Surly Knard 120tpi tyres: £35 for the pair
So, buying the package for £350 is an obvious bargain 😉
