Question time: does anyone know if the new Keo pedals have the same dimensions (q-factor, stack-height, etc) as the older ones?
I'd like to upgrade to the newer ones with the metal plates but am worried it'll mess with my bike fit (which was quite expensive and fixed a bunch of recurring injuries).
