Ta, I've followed you on Strava. I've done a couple of your routes before and no doubt I will do some more.
Have you been to see thunderbird 4 in Thamesmead yet? Quite close to Crossness

No but it looks like you could get to it from the elevated Southern Outfall Sewer (Ridgeway) and get a two-for-one tourism deal then come back to town on the river.
The Ridgeway is the south equivalent of the Greenway from Hackney to Beckton.
