They mention in the article that the TDR250 passed. That's the same engine as the TZR although they are using aftermarket exhausts. So I concede you may be right, it could possibly be tested and declared ULEZ free :)
All the same I'm trying to build a narrative that results in me selling it so I can have some space and time back.
