Miscellaneous freecycle - Sidis, DHB lycra, Adidas, Dreamcast, Kettle, Watch, Toothbrush heads

It sounds like a list of updated murder items for a novelty late 90s/early 00s version of Cluedo, but the reality is I’m moving flat and need to not take these things with me.

But perhaps they are things people on here might want, and as charity shops don’t look like being open anytime soon I thought I’d put them up here before trying the actual freecycle website. Anything other than landfill.

1. Dreamcast + power lead and tv lead. Untested. I don’t have a TV and have no idea if this works.
   
2. Oral B interspace toothbrush heads x 2. Brand new. The gaps between my teeth are so large I just use a finger, so these are no good to me.
   
3. G Shock G-Lide watch. Untested. Might just need a new battery. I bought this when I was fifteen and thought it would make the girls like me. I’m now 35 and it still isn’t making that happen so I’m taking that as a sign that it is time to move it on to someone else
   
4. Kettle. Bit painty (easily cleaned) but fully working and it has made me some gloriously boiled water before. I will even give it the vinegar treatment to remove whatever limescale I can. If you deem that worthy of remuneration with a Can of beer then that who am I to stop you.

Ha, I had that exact same watch in the mid 90's and lost it on a beach somewhere in Cornwall... Happy days.

i had the exact same watch and left it in a hotel on a very exciting trip to london aged 16.

It almost calls for a subforum just for G-shock anecdotes.

It looks like the watch has gone now which is good.

The kettle has come up beautifully with this vinegar treatment, so much so that I’m wondering whether to offer it up to the design museum

If travel was even an option is have that Dreamcast off you like a shot.

Where are you based?

You should keep these, and get buried with them.
