I've discovered that when I'm having a really bad day where Loratidine doesn't work, Promethazine seems to do the trick for me. I think the brand name is Phenergan. It can sometimes make me feel drowsy but nothing compared to the hayfever itself!
A Phenergan every morning has really taken the edge off for me over the last two days.
Cheers, I will try that. The combination of the hayfever, wearing contacts, not having had much sleep last night and being in a warm, dry room (forgot to put AC on until just now), means I'm close to just giving up trying to look at a monitor.
