Sadly not, I had looked into it before. Shimano don't offer any adapters etc, a real pain!

Do you know what break pads can be used in these besides Tektro's own 'L10.11' ? Avid BB5 is looks to be the same shape, but without the hole on the "arm" to fix it in place.
