That annoyed me, he started it all by saying he isn't speaking on behalf of the civil service, government or PM, OK thats good, you are talking as a private citizen then. So why the fuck is this in the garden on No.10 and no doubt tax payer funded national address.
Most politicians have to do these kind of statements on their doorstep or This Morning.
