The cups are present but they aren’t semi-integrated. They’re normally just called threadless.
Sorry about your fork. Headset installations are somewhat tricky to do at home without the right tools. Does the new fork have a crown race installed? You’ll either need to install a new one or get a headset that matches the one on it.
