I have been using a nasal rinse squeezy thing for a year or so now to keep my rhinitis under control. Accepted that doing this three times a week is part of my life now. I get the 12oz nasaline salt pouches and decant into a tupperware. Much less faff than the sachets. Head angle when using the rinse is key. I do a rinse with my head parallel to floor to target the maxilliary sinuses and then another rinse with head over bath (head upside down) to target the frontal sinuses. Rinsing with head normal way up doesn't get the saline into the sinuses where the pollen can be trapped.
I bought a nasal wash thing off Amazon with enough salt sachets for 24 litres of sinus busting action.
Much cheaper than sterimar.
