The guy who was mentioned in the initial post popped by AGAIN a couple of weeks ago, this time with a CAAD 8, broken shifter, close to £250 work and we took payment upfront!

We try to cater to demand as much as we could to a certain degree and offer a good balance between quality and price, £29.99 pumps selling pretty well and they're what we use in the workshop too hence why we stock them.
Put it this way, I've dealt with worse in my previous role as a banker (yep...) so this is nothing. Take the money, breath, share the experience with the team, move on... Repeat!
