Yeah, raise it 3mm.
What's the difference between current height and fit height? I would raise my saddle to where it was at fitting time unless it's quite a big difference in which case I'd start with a 2-5mm raise and see how that went for a week first.
I'd probably also reduce load to allow the damage done to heal.
