WTD: Everything for a 26" rim-brake mtb conversion

Helping a friend build a bike.
We have a 26" mtb frame and forks, we need everything else bar tyres and tubes.

So yes, that's: wheels (135mm rear), headset (1 1/8), BB, stem and bars (31.8, fairly wide), shifters (I think we'll do 1x9 sram/shimano), v-brake levers and brakes, grips, cranks (1x MTB HT2/GXP), pedals (flat), etc etc. etc.!!

It's a lot of stuff so please for now post in here what u got and I will get back to people.
This is on a budget ie £200 for everything so no baller or brand new components

I've got loads of bars. Nothing too wide but if something around 600mm suits let me know

I’ve got some 1x9 you can have cheap- cassette, mech, chain maybe and OTT xtr shifter- £35 + post?
Might also have v brake levers and brakes if I rummage
