I love steel and titanium too, but the Cipollini is the only Carbon I would buy.
Stunning bike. -

Parlee though?
@porter7474 you’d probably get the money your after quicker if you split it - folk who buy this kind of thing like to spec them up themselves etc - I’d be interested in shifters and mechs... but GLWS, heard good things about these...

is that a church window mirror ?!

@metrocammell thanks, it's a great bike and was a dream come true when I first got it but just don't feel the same anymore. It's too nice to hang on the wall!
@mattyc you're right, I had the frameset for sale a while back for ages with zero interest but in hindsight it was probably overpriced. I might consider splitting at a later date but frameset would have to go first.
@amey i'm not quite sure what it's meant to be but this is a pretty good description.

Shame it's too big for me. Would be interested in everything except the frameset?

Have a shirt that matches it --and, although the size is a bit small....Hmmmm
What steel cinelli has bitten you?

Really nice finishing kit and groupset, but after listening to a bio on Cipo on a recent episode on the cycling podcast, I'd be hesitant to ride a bike with his name on it.

@Ghirotto splitting will be my last resort but I'll definitely keep it in mind, no frame interest yet
@Spicep1 I've been riding a Cinelli Nemo for the last year or so with the Cipo hanging on the wall but decided to do a swap for the summer. After the first ride I knew it wasn't for me anymore, it's always been a tiny bit big but now I feel like I can really notice it.
@motoko He's a 'character' that's for sure, a bike looking like this could only have his name on it (multiple times)

thats super nice, i've pinged a friend, to no avail. glws !

How much would you be looking for the frame if split?
-
• #16
£1500 frameset + seatpost
£1600 with fizik bar + stem -
• #17
I work in composites these Cipo’s are genuinely one piece mouldings done in an autoclave hence the eye watering retail price ,as pieces of engineering a cut above most carbon offerings

Last price drop before eBay tomorrow
£2550 complete
£1450 frameset (this must sell first before I consider splitting!)
Maybe not the time or place to sell this but having recently had my steel Cinelli stripped down to build this back up it has confirmed my new found love of metal! I'm just not looking forward to throwing my leg over it each time I'm heading out as much as I used to and for that reason it's time to sell :( I thought I'd try my luck here first before sticking it on eBay in a week or so.
Overall great condition, I have looked after it very well. There are however some small paint chips/scuffs as to be expected from a used bike. It's never been crashed and has spent very little time racing as I was always worried about doing just that! One off paint job, never released as a 'stock' camo in this colour way.
Cipollini Bond frameset size large 56cm
Campag Bora 50mm wheelset with Perelli tyres
Campag mix of chorus and record
Fizik R1 bars and stem
Pedals and speed sensor not included! Everything else as pictured. Any questions or more photos, just ask.
£3000 but open to reasonable offers or constructive critisism if the price is way off :)
