Lambsfoot blade isn't it? Lots of the Sheffield makers still have something similar with handles of varying fanciness.
Not sure what’s the knife called something to do with sailing though. I have a niwaki hori hori knife that I use much more than I thought I would in the garden. Weeding planting etc
