Maybe... but you seem like an interesting idiot with their head at least reasonably well screwed on (barring the obvious insanity implied by the races you choose😀).
Also if you were talking about such a topic, I like Sean Bowden’s question “tell us about a time in a race when things got really dark. How did you get into it and what did you do to pull through”.

I guess.you have to go on a journey of self discovery, one so confronting most would rather not know.
I know everything about myself, and thus knowledge is power. Knowing yourself you can learn and experiment with ways to extract the best from it. But yeah, you have to confront some stuff to get there.

Maybe. But I'm just an idiot bumblig around in the dark. What I do might work, but I'm not psychologist. I'd suggest going and reading stuff by psychologist and then see what of it works for you.
