I am aware of that really, and I have no intention of putting anyone down. I suppose i get frustrated that im not instantly quick, and that I find it hard. Logically I wouldn't expect to be fast as I have mainly been doing the wrong exercise for running success, Hockey, Football, and Squash are more fast twitch. And Im pretty average on my bike, slow up hill normal on the flat, which says a lot about my endurance.
Im definitely finding this. Although my 'at pace' is mediocre to slow seeing what others are doing.
