  • What’s the forum approves running chaff cream?

    On my 25km+ runs I’m getting a bit of rubbing on my legs from the short liner, presumably because of the heat / sweating. I tried chamois cream but it didn’t seem to do much today.

  • Another vote for Bodyglide. I have two things of it, one for swimming (for using where the cuffs/neck of the wetsuit will inevitably rub when open water swimming, and for the bit just under the armpit where it gets rubbed by the back of my tricep for pool swims over an hour).

    The other one is for running where it gets applied to places where the sun don't shine (and I don't want to wipe the same stick round my neck next time I go swimming). Only ever bother with applying it for runs over HM distance. HM distance and beyond is also when I start applying micropore tape to cover the nipples (although if it's raining I've had problems on something as short as a 10k run).
