Would love if you did a video specifically on this aspect including your approaches to meditation, positive self talk and whether you do any specific brain training?
I remember a while ago you recommended a science of ultra podcast episode where one of the guests had a study finding that practicing “stroop” style response inhibition tasks resulted in substantial improvements in time to exhaustion (3x control). Do you do anything like that at all?
Maybe. But I'm just an idiot bumblig around in the dark. What I do might work, but I'm not psychologist. I'd suggest going and reading stuff by psychologist and then see what of it works for you.
