Jesus. I saw it a month ago and thought it was cheap then.

Not a patch on the Parlee, but a couple for the larger rider;

ha, seems the seller's watching this and has messaged me to say he's just a punter, not a trade seller!
Anyhow, if anyone want's a direct line to the seller to send an offer then DM me and I'll give you his email. Just to be clear, I don't know him, I'd messaged him on ebay to get some details about the frame so have his email.

Sounds legit. £7k smashed on a frame and then selling it for £1.2k.
Could you ask him if he's got a property for sale as well?
Would love a £700k house for £120kEDIT: for the seller, who is inevitably reading - I am being sarcastic.
High end frames have little re-sell value unfortunately. You'd like to think you could recoup half but no one would spend this much on used plastic unfortunately. -

It is a beaut of a frame. I keep half an eye out for a Parlee bargain like this and they always seem to be huge frame sizes.

There was 56cm Parlee Z Zero disc frameset on eBay recently. There was a crack in a seat stay, but it was sold for ~£900 (with Parlee seatpost and stem+bars). Carbonbikerepair.co.uk quoted £180 for the repairs with painting included
Kind a regret of not buying it as it was a cracking deal imho

damn, I want this.
anyone know if there's a snowball's chance in hell of getting it posted to London easily? -

Check its the 148 rear version as from experience the 135 & 142 versions had terrible chain/tyre clearance when running 3" tyres.

ah! good tip, thanks.
aside from that do you rate it as a bike? -

I bought mine 2nd hand. Owned it for 8 months. Fantastically comfortable to ride. Flew down very rocky descents unlike any other rigid plus or fat bike. Truss fork is so precise. Sold it because of the limitation of the 135 rear hub and I have a Turner Sultan for proper rocky stuff and a Broken Road for bikepacking and it sat in between the two and I needed the cash. The guy that has it now loves it 2 years on. Maybe a mistake to sell. Might get Waltly to make a Ti copy sometime.
Get in touch with Biff and get a demo on one.

He listed it before and after a month it still wasn't sold. He also lowered the price to 1900 before. So he might be willing to post it. Otherwise i wouldn't mind shipping it to you, as I'm in the Netherlands.
I've thought about getting rid of my salsa fargo and get the Jones myself. But the fargo seems better suited to the mix of riding I do.

Thanks. Are you based anywhere near him? He didn't seem too keen on shipping in the message I wrote him.

That’s a stunner. Too big for me or I’d be bidding.

It was £62 for a long while after listing. Suspect it will go for a lot more than it is now. It’s my size 😬
I bought a Parlee Track for £1,200 a couple of years back, which was custom made for an Irish Track Semi Pro. Same story, RRP was £6kish.
I think those sellers must have a 50% trade discount, then buy those bikes with a business of sorts so get the VAT back or simply write it off then get cash / PayPal pocket money when reselling
