Is there a rise on the Aerofly? And does it fit a 31.8 stem?

no rise, its the standard version, glossy finish.
i should add that its currently fully routed with a y- tube di2 cabling and the famed bar end junction. i.e. you can pop it straight away on your bike. just add di2 shifters and connect to your downtube cable

Includes the di2 bar-end junction box? Where are you based?

it has a setback, around 20mm..i was able to run it 'almost' like an inline.
