Im definitely finding this. Although my 'at pace' is mediocre to slow seeing what others are doing.
Ah fuck what other people are running. So long as you're enjoying yourself thats the main thing.
Work on the long slow runs, pop on an audiobook I find that helps on my longer ones.

Some of them yes. I'm still yet to be back under an hour for 10k runs, and even then I only ever got down to just under 55 minutes. Not everyone here is fast.
