  • Really lovely, maybe not so keen on the aged lume look though.

  • Lume on my vintage look squale is poor I hope that is better .
The dial looks a bit like wet ‘n’ dry in the pics , which is why you need to handle it I think .
    What size?
I find it hard not to like any watch that has that look tbh

  • I like it....

That a sandwich dial? I do like a good sandwich dial.

  • I have more interest in the Bicompax. Sea-Gull movement, €650. The Aquascaphe is nice though, although the textured dial reminds me of Spinnakers, not in the best way.

Two or three nice colourways: https://baltic-watches.com/en/collections/bicompax-001

I like what the company is doing, there seems to be a bit of substance under the stylistic efforts.

We truly think that these days we need to act locally. This is why our
watches are assembled by hand in France, near Besançon, by
professional and experienced watchmakers. They use their expertise to
assemble, adjust and test every BALTIC watch.

I feel that's probably a bit oversold, that level of skilled labour interaction would point towards a higher end price point I would have thought. Would be glad to be disproven though.

  • I liked the Aquascaphe - for me the hour markers and minute hands and bezel spots are a smidge too small but it’s still a looker and I’m a sucker for a sandwich. I prefer your Squale.
