LOL @ "Wilhelm +5 consists of 7x5-minute repeats at 108% FTP separated by 5-minute recovery" after FTP bump. I think it was better than last time I did this jump, in that I managed 1 full interval and a second one with a pause before quitting.
I'm not sure how much thought they put into the base -> build jump. Think they should start with either reduced number of intervals or reduced duration for the first x weeks.
I'll have another crack at the next one and then decide whether or not to bother or just do another 6 weeks of sweetspot.
