As mentioned previously, this test just tells if you have antibodies, which proves that you had Covid. It doesn't prove immunity or that you aren't carrying the virus and can still pass it to others. These are all things that they don't know yet.
But if you have had Covid, then at least you know and can make more informed decisions.
I'd gladly pay that money if this was a test with a result that was considered reliable enough to be officially/legally recognised.
Let's say there was a test which could prove immunity and then your travel insurer would be happy for you to go about willy nilly and benefit from the lull in tourism everywhere.
