Hopefully not! I think there will be about an hour of gentle filing to remove some elephants foot on the cog teeth and then maybe a little fettling with clearances once assembled but I hope that the hard part is nearly done.
Thanks for the cleanliness compliment. Has taken me a long time to get my head around ABS. Its easy to print with, as long as you get every setting exactly right! It's not something where "nearly" is enough.

Wow they look pretty clean, much fettling needed? Putting it together should be easy compared to the hoops you’ve had to already jump through.
