Whilst I hate the fact that brand ambassadors are a thing at all, if you're going to have them I do quite like the fact that Tudor's ones perversely seem to make it harder for a Tudor owner to be snobby about their own watch.
I don't think any of them are famed anti-vaxxers (whilst Seiko have a certain Djokovic on board...)

Intrinsic qualities > perception of the brand
Having said that, I would rather be associated with an everyman watch, than a discount Rolex that has Lady Gaga, the All Blacks and David Beckham as 'brand ambassadors'.
