I did a ladder safety ticket back in my Hackney Council days.
Consisted of bunch of lads looking at a ladder in the yard for 5mins while having a rollup then getting signed off without anyone asking or answering a question or actually climbing a ladder!
Cheers for the well wishes, it sucks when you know it happened due to complacency. I’ll be fine in a few days I’m sure.
