Had a couple of SP hubs over the years so thought this would be a good opportunity to try high end Shimano.

What was your experience with SP? Planning for a dirt touring wheel set build with dynamo, SON looks best but very expensive, wondering about SP PD-8 how durable it is, especially the bearings, and how efficient for battery charging.
