Been lying on the floor for approximately 22hrs. Walked to the shop earlier which helped. Have spoken to gp, all I can do is rest and alternate paracetamol/ibuprofen for the rest of the week.
Stupidity always has a price. Should have waited for an extra pair of hands or gone round the side where the wall was easier to climb. I know better than to do dumb stuff like that on site...
