I think the lower of the two in your post would be rebated shiplap. What you have on your shed does just look like the general profile of the Wickes normal shiplap.

Rant over. Back on track.
From the looks of this site. I need T&G cladding....
not shiplap...
....and the relevant size is 95mm X 12mm.
I assume the -5mm has just been lost in shrinkage.
Fucked if I can find the stuff though.
EDIT: NB. it may be "16mm x100mm" pre-finishing
