Quick guess - the paint guys will know better: clear coat is expanding / contracting at a different rate and it’s pulling / pushing the coat below around.

Cracked paint. Got it all over the stays on my Aende lo-pro and linear cracks at the seat tube lug area. No idea how it happens but most likely nothing to worry about

Just after some speculation/ideas of causes really. I was giving my bike a wipe down this afternoon and thought I had left bristles or hairs on the headtube, but in fact it was crazed paint! Any ideas?
