WTD: Kids/small persons bike (or parts to build it)

After a kids/small bike for someone around the 5ft/152cm mark. Something in the flat-bar, hybrid line would be ideal for mixed road/towpath use. Really needs to focus on lightness and simplicity so 1x? gearing with rigid forks and short cranks (165mm maximum, 152mm/155mm/160mm preferred) would be perfect. Wheel size could be 26", 650b or 700c. Happy to do a bit of fixing or building up, so if you've got a small/extra small frame & forks and/or a short crankset up for grabs, let me know and I can probably sort the rest of what's needed.
