One thing that I have observed is that the OGs on here, who know each other face to face, can be a bit cliquey towards others, most often without realising it. To an outsider it can, under some circumstances, feel like people ganging up. I've seen it happen a fair few times over the years. It's probably quite natural in a way, but it can feel pretty toxic on the receiving end.
