Sold the carbonda; I never get 'attached' to bikes but that one was special.
you know I get bored and like to #buy things and several times I thought about replacing it (when I was actually riding it regularly) literally nothing is better than that bike.
Closest I found when I was looking was Mason Bokeh but then again it will be heavier and more expensive so whats the point? Carbonda have nailed it.
I did RRTY on that bike, out of 12 rides 9 were done on it; I did Man of Kent multiple times (Perm, DIY, event) that I did it on my Endurace and I have done it on carbonda, there was no diff in average speed and overall time, on carbonda I just finished 'fresher'. That bike is/was magic.
When I get back into audaxing, I will build one again.
For now #zwift and dadbiking with occasional roadie rides on the canyon and the pipe-dream of renting a zipcar on my street and going MTB. No more hours and hours in the saddle till I am 40 at least and think about PBP again.
