This is super nice, those are definitely my style.

New official Tropic strap is super nice, very impress with it especially comparing to the WatchGecko version which felt very primitive in comparison (same company as ISOfrane I think).

@Regal the black dial would be my preference but I already have enough of those. But then again it IS great. First world problems are really terrible.

Yeah it’s far too expensive. But if I had all the money I’d definitely have one. I love the way they’ve made it look like an actual instrument readout. It fits perfectly with their brand.

Is it wrong that I quite like the look of them (although the crown guard and strap lume can do one)?

I think I have been heavily affected by exposure to Tron in my youth. I’ve always loved that aesthetic.

You’re right the Pam’s could lose the crown guard and strap and they’d be great.

I think its about a year since I posted on here showing off the model of an escapement I was trying to build. After a total fucking nightmare trying and failing to calibrate my printer to the level needed to print a hair spring, I gave up in a fit of pique and binned my progress thusfar.

Fast forward a year and it appears that my skills and kit may have progressed enough to give it another crack. Wish me luck!
