Roasted for about 15 mins, then blended in the Kenwood Chef. The chunk-making stage need a bit of refinement, I used the slicing attachment which kinda of worked, then blended the rest for ages with the blade.
I have always been curious about the stage where they start to release their oil and turn into butter rather than crushed up nuts. Was it a very gradual process? Or did that bit happen quickly?
What did you use to blend / process them? Did you roast first?
