What’s this got to do with Wiggle?
How did your friend pay? If paypal or credit card they may be able to get someone to fight it for them but they’ll need to act fast. I just googled Cycle Surgery and their website says closing down sale.
I wouldn’t mind betting they didn’t have the size your friend wanted so just sent the next best thing.

A friend has just received a bike from Cycle Surgery in the wrong size. All order documents are for the correct size but for some reason the wrong one has been sent. He can't get through to them by phone, does anyone know if they are still offering customer service? Is he going to get messed around trying to sort this out?
