There's something quite nice about being able to unroll your tools on the ground and clearly see them. But I do sort of agree.
I use this
It has the opposite advantage, you can access your tools while still in situ as it holds it's shape and has well thought out little compartments.
It's only the extreme things tucked at the back (like emergency chain quick links) that it needs to be taken off for. And then those are jobs that will take a bit longer anyway. Rock solid too.

Kinda nice having a pocket for everything. I don't use mine in the wet, but they are nice objects.

I can appreciate the aesthetics - but for something so practical (holding a bunch loose odd shaped objects tightly) it seems such a silly compromise of form over function. +1 to the micro caddy which I had for years and have been in the saddle bag 'wilderness' ever since.
I once saw @cagimaha change a puncture in about 4 mins and he had a tool roll. But that is the exception, eveyone else I've seen fights and messes and ratches them down with all their strength like they are raising a sail on a clipper ship.

Cold-brew coffee.
It's just a very slow way of making weak coffee, which reminds you why the espresso machine was invented.

A bean can have a completely different taste using the 2 methods. Have cold brewed beans that weren't to my liking when brewed hot. Was lovely cold brewed.

Most cold brew I've had has been shit your pants strong. I do like cold brew but only really drink it when it's really hot out and I don't fancy my normal long black.
why people keep using tool rolls. Harder to access contents, harder to get back on and have a propensity for falling off. It's insta madness
