  • Glad to hear it! A big spoonful of peanut butter in porridge every morning is my ritual. Pumpkin, chia and linseeds plus some frozen blueberries or raisins.

    Dates dipped in peanut butter is another winner. As is PB on toast with a sprinkle of good quality chilli flakes.
