• When I did a week on t he https://www.thighsofsteel.com/ ride a few years ago we were fuelled by porridge and 1kg tubs of Meridian, donated by whole food shops.

    Every morning we’d take it in turns to cook porridge, look out the huge tubs of peanut butter and jam, prep coffee for the campsite etc.

    I think I ate my body weight of it during that week!
