Looking at the website I reckon the Hadley would tick the boxes whilst keeping the size down to a minimum?

that bag is magic, the only bag I have for last 4+ years, extremely hard wearing and seems like has infinite space inside sometimes

Hadley pro (small) I think it's what I use with my xpro3 plus a couple of lenses.
Then use the pockets for batteries, serves me just fine. I think if I had anything bigger I'd just be filling it for the sake of it.
