In a couple of stages: mudguard mounts, changed the seatstay bridge for one a little higher and with fender mount, added chainstay bridge, rerouted gear cable stops to the downtube and chainstay rather than along the top, added seatpost binder and drilled it for internal dynamo wiring. Just little bits that make it more practical for me for winter commuting (despite it currently coming into summer)
