Got one of the Pinarello frames out of the bike store and checked the measurements:
Top Tube centre to centre = 58 cm
Seat tube centre to centre = 47cm
Seat tube centre to top = 52 cm
Head tube length = 10 cm
Weight with seat pin and SLR saddle = 2.16 Kg
Hope that helps any one looking for more detailed sizing information .
